ケースに固定するたのネジを受けるナットを船体内に取り付けました。
正直かなりアクロバットな方法となりました。
I installed a nut inside the hull that receives a screw that is fixed to the case.
To be honest, it was quite an acrobatic method.
LEDを通すためのスペースを確保
かなり試行錯誤したのですが、結局ネジの取付を一段上げる事で解決ました。
I did a lot of trial and error, but in the end I solved it by raising the screw installation one step.
この金具を使用しました。
まずこの金具を船体下部に接着します。
I used this fixture.
First, glue this bracket to the bottom of the hull.
船底パーツに仮置きしてから、周りと上部をプラ棒で固定します。
After temporarily placing it on the bottom part of the ship, fix the surroundings and the top with a plastic bar.
船体の輪郭のプラ棒は後々の上部船体との接着時の補強です。更にエポキシ接着剤流し込んで固定します。
The plastic bars on the hull outline are for reinforcement when gluing with the upper hull later. Then apply epoxy glue to fix it.
金具にナットを固定
金具とナットの固定は市販の金属同士の接着剤として、私の知る限り最も強力な接着剤のメタルロックを使用しました。メタルロックを買うのは10年ぶり位です。
To fix the metal fittings and nuts, I used Metal Lock, the strongest metal-to-metal adhesive available as far as I know. It’s been 10 years since I bought a metal rock.
2液式ですから、よく混ぜます
Because it is a 2-liquid type, it mixes well.
5分で硬化します

ナットにメタルロックを塗ってから
After applying metal lock to the nut
所定位置へ固定。混ぜてしまっているメタルロックの残りは補強を兼ねて周りへ。約一時間で実用強度に達します
Fixed in place. The rest of the metal rock that has been mixed up is also used as reinforcement. Practical strength is reached in about an hour
もう片方は古典的固定方法です。この周りにエポキシ系接着剤を盛って固定します。
The other is the classical fixation method. Apply some epoxy glue around it.
