ANiGRAND 1/72 XF-108 Rapier kit review.
レジンキットです。今回飛行状態で作りますので、足回りの紹介は割愛します。
It’s a resin kit. Since we will make it in flight this time, we will omit the introduction of the undercarriage.
箱は小さめですが、結構な全長になります。
The box is small, but it’s fairly long.
主翼は挟み込みかと思ったのですが、そのまま取り付けるタイプ。真鍮線での補強が必要です。更にかなり反りがあるようです。
I thought that the main wing was sandwiched, but it is a type that can be attached as it is. Reinforcement with brass wire is required. There seems to be quite a bit of warping as well.
モールドはまずまずです
Mold is passable
シートも再現されていますが、パイロットフィギュアは付属しません。この時期の米空軍パイロットのフィギュアはないと思うので、F-14用のフィギュアを乗せる予定です。
The seat is also reproduced, but the pilot figure is not included. I don’t think there are any US Air Force pilot figures from this period, so I’m planning to put an F-14 figure on it.
エンジンのノズルはまずまずシャープ
The engine nozzle is reasonably sharp
垂直尾翼やベントラルフィンは貼り合わせではなく一枚ものです。
The vertical tail and ventral fin are not glued together, but a single piece.
各部のドアは閉状態で成型されています。開状態の時は切り離して使います。
The doors of each part are molded in the closed state. Separate it when it is open.
クリアーパーツの透明度は高いですが、胴体パーツにあうかどうかはわかりません。
The clear parts are highly transparent, but I don’t know if they will match the body parts.
