実車解説
BRZはトヨタ８６の兄弟車にあたる車です。
このSTiコンセプトはSTi仕様のコンセプトカーで、前後のスポイラーや各部のカーボン素材が特徴になっています。
The BRZ is the sister car of the Toyota 86.
This STi concept is a concept car with STi specifications, featuring front and rear spoilers and carbon materials for each part.
キット紹介
アオシマのキットです。既に８６ は作っていますし、基本的に同一構造ですから、慣れているのもあり作りやすいキットです。
アオシマの最近のカーモデルでよくあるパターンで、「バリエーションのパーツがイモ付けが多い」です。フロントもリアもスポイラーはイモ付けに近い（フロントは構造上仕方ないですが）ので、取り付けピンは無いです。
Aoshima kit. I’ve already made the 86, and it’s basically the same structure, so I’m used to it, so it’s an easy kit to make.
A common pattern in Aoshima’s recent car models is that there is no guide pin for installing variation parts. The front and rear spoilers are close to imo attachment (although the front is structurally unavoidable), so there are no mounting pins.
製作・塗装
アオシマの純正エッチングとメタルシールセットも一部使用しました。
アオシマの最近のキットですので、車高調整機構があるのでローダウンで作っています。後は各部を薄くした位です。
塗装はサーフェイサーグレー+ブラックを吹いてからEXブラックを下地にしてクレオスのクリスタルカラーのサファイアブルーです。スーパークリアー３でコートしてから研ぎ出ししています。
カーボン部はデカールも入っていたのですが、ハセガワのカーボンフィニッシュを使用しました。
Aoshima’s genuine etching and metal seal set were also partially used.
Since it is a recent Aoshima kit, it has a vehicle height adjustment mechanism, so it is made low-down. After that, it’s about making each part thinner.
The paint is surfacer gray + black, then EX black is used as the base, and it is Creos crystal color sapphire blue. It is polished after being coated with Super Clear 3.
The carbon part had decals, but I used Hasegawa’s carbon finish.
