フジミの1/700 日本海軍高速戦艦 比叡のプラモデルの完成品です。NEXTではなく特シリーズです。専用のエッチングセットと木甲板シートを使用してディテールアップを行いました。
Fujimi’s 1/700 Japanese Navy fast battleship Hiei’s plastic model finished product. It is a special series, not NEXT. Details have been improved using a special etching set and a wooden deck sheet.
実艦解説
「比叡」は、金剛型高速戦艦の2番艦です。第1次改装に着手時に軍縮条約が成立、改装が最も遅れていた比叡は練習戦艦へと改造されました。その後天皇陛下御召艦としても利用されました。1936年に条約切れを待って、改装に着手しました。この改装は「大和」のテストも兼ねており、比叡は他の金剛型とは大きく異なる艦橋となっています。
太平洋戦争緒戦、比叡は真珠湾攻撃など機動部隊に所属しました。1942年11月、比叡はガダルカナル島飛行場砲撃に向かいますが、米艦隊の待ち伏せを受け第３次ソロモン海戦となります。レーダーを持たない日本艦隊は「比叡」が探照灯を照射、米艦隊からの集中射撃を受けますが、比叡自らの砲撃及び、味方駆逐艦の攻撃で米艦隊は駆逐艦一隻を除きほぼ壊滅状態となりました。しかし「比叡」も舵機室に浸水、舵が効かなくなり、その後自沈しています。比叡は太平洋戦争における日本の初の戦艦喪失となりました。
“Hiei” is the second Kongo-class battleship. Hiei signed a disarmament treaty when the first refurbishment began, and Hiei, whose refurbishment was the most delayed, was converted into a training battleship. She was later used as the Emperor’s royal ship. She waited for the treaty to expire in 1936 and she embarked on a refurbishment. This refurbishment doubles as a test for “Yamato”, and Hiei is a bridge that is significantly different from other Kongo-class battleships.
At the beginning of the Pacific War, Hiei belonged to MTF such as the attack on Pearl Harbor. In November 1942, Hiei heads for the Guadalcanal airfield bombardment, but she is ambushed by the US fleet and she enters the Third Solomon Battle. In the Japanese fleet without radar, “Hiei” illuminates the searchlight and receives concentrated fire from the US fleet, but the US fleet is almost destroyed except for one destroyer due to Hiei’s own artillery and the attack of his ally destroyer. have become. However, “Hiei” also flooded her rudder room, her rudder stopped working, and then she scuttled. Hiei was Japan’s first battleship loss in the Pacific War.
キット紹介
2010年に発売されたフジミのキットです。「比叡」は他の金剛型と共用化できる部分が極めて少ないのですが、フジミからキット化されました。艦船模型スペシャルでも指摘された通り、水線付近の最大幅解釈に問題があります。水線下に最大幅部があるのを水線付近を最大幅としています。艦NEXTでは修正されているのか検証していません。
Fujimi’s kit released in 2010. “Hiei” has very few parts that can be shared with other Kongo types, but it was made into a kit from Fujimi. As pointed out in the ship model special, there is a problem in interpreting the maximum width near the water line. The maximum width below the water line is mistaken for the maximum width near the water line. Ship NEXT has not verified whether it has been fixed.
制作塗装
フジミのエッチングのセット及び、木製甲板を使用しています。
塗装は軍艦色２で、シャドウを入れてから、つや消しクリアーを吹き、空中線を展開しています。ボートダビットとカッターの穴の位置が合わなかったので若干強引なつけ方になっています。
Fujimi’s etching set and wooden deck are used.
The paint is warship color 2, and after adding a shadow, a matte clear is blown and the aerial line is developed. Since the positions of the holes of the boat dabit and the cutter did not match, it is a little forcible.
