実機解説
Mig-31はMig-25フォックスバットの性能向上型で、現在でもロシア防空軍の主力です。R-33というAIM-54フェニックスクラスの大型の空対空ミサイルを胴体下に搭載できます。段階的に性能向上が行われており、多様なミサイルを運用できるようになっています。大幅な性能向上型MiG-31M計画が中止となりましたが、MiG-31Mのアビオニクスを既存のMiG-31Bに反映した性能向上型がMiG-31BMです。
The Mig-31 is a performance-enhanced version of the Mig-25 Foxbat and is still the main fighter of the Russian Air Defense Force. A large AIM-54 Phoenix class air-to-air missile called the R-33 can be mounted under the fuselage. Performance improvements have been made in stages, making it possible to operate a variety of missiles. The MiG-31M project has been canceled, but the MiG-31BM is a performance-enhancing model that reflects the avionics of the MiG-31M on the existing MiG-31B.
キット紹介
トランペッターのキットです。48ではこの最近AMKやホビーボスからMig-31が発売されましたが、72ではトランペッターから発売されました。
アウトライン的な事や考証面では私は良く分からないのですが、飛行機のプラモデルとしてみれば、一箇所を除けばトランペッターのキットしては良くできている部類だと思います。最も大きな問題は胴体下部の側面モールドがほぼ全面凸になっている事です。
It is a trumpeter kit. In 48, the Mig-31 was recently released by AMK and HobbyBoss, while in 72, it was released by Trumpeter.
I’m not sure about the outline and the proof, but I think that the trumpeter kit is a good category except for one place as a plastic model of an airplane. The biggest problem is that the side mold at the bottom of the fuselage is almost entirely convex.

胴体側面の凸モールドは凹モールドに変換しました
ダークグレーのサーフェイサーを吹いてからエアクラフトグレーの基本塗装です。
The convex mold on the side of the fuselage has been converted to a concave mold.
After blowing the dark gray surfacer, it is the basic painting of aircraft gray.
