実艦解説
ロンドン条約で重巡洋艦を建造できなくなった日本海軍が建造した大型軽巡洋艦です。建造当時は15.5センチ砲を装備していました。15.5㎝砲は射撃精度も高かったと伝えられており、20.3センチ砲への換装を惜しむ声もあったそうです。
It is a large light cruiser built by the Japanese Navy, which was unable to build heavy cruisers under the London Treaty. At the time of construction, it was equipped with a 15.5 cm cannon. It is reported that the 15.5 cm gun had high shooting accuracy, and some people were reluctant to replace it with a 20.3 cm gun.

キット解説
主砲を換装する前の「軽巡洋艦」最上です。主砲換装後の姿よりも洗練された姿でバランスの取れた姿のように思います。 タミヤが2015年に発売しました。
主砲の変更以外に水冷の94式水上偵察機が追加されています。
It is the best “light cruiser” before replacing the main gun. I think it looks more sophisticated and well-balanced than it was after the main gun was replaced. Released by Tamiya in 2015.
In addition to changing the main gun, a water-cooled Type 94 water reconnaissance aircraft has been added.
製作
ボートダビットの修正などの定番工作をしています。カタパルトなど定番のエッチングを使用し、高角砲はピットロードの新しい装備品セットを使用、機銃は13㎜はピットロード、25mmはファインモールドのナノドレッドの旧版です。
We are doing standard work such as remodeling boat davits. Using standard etching such as catapult, the high angle gun uses a new equipment set of pit road, the machine gun is 13 mm pit road, 25 mm is the old version of Fine Molds Nano Dread.
