実機解説
スパイトフルはスピットファイアを再設計した戦闘機です。層流翼の採用により、高速を発揮しましたが、終戦により極少数が生産されたにとどまりました。
スパイトフルを艦上戦闘機化したのがシーファングです。
Spiteful is a fighter that has been redesigned from the Spitfire. By adopting laminar airfoils, it demonstrated high speed, but only a very small number were produced at the end of the war.
Seafang is a carrier-capable fighter of Spiteful.
製作・塗装
トランペッターのキットです。
スジ彫りの彫りなおし以外はほぼストレート組です。
塗装はダークグレーサフを下地にイギリス空軍の通常のファイターコマンド塗装です。
It is a trumpeter kit.
No modification except for re-engraving the streaks.
The painting is the usual fighter command painting of the Royal Air Force with dark gray suff as the base.
