一部の塗装の修正などを行ってから、マストを取り付けました。
After making some paint corrections, I installed the mast.
右舷側がちょっと緩んでる感じなので後ほど修正します。
The starboard side seems a little loose, so I’ll fix that later.
マストは真鍮製ですが、これがまた厳しい難易度でした。映画の中でも打ち鳴らされる鐘がついているのですが、どうやって固定しろというのでしょう(笑)、バイスにマストを固定して、右手にピンセットで鐘をつかんで左で硬化スプレーというアクロバットな取付となりました。
The mast is made of brass, which was another challenge. The bell that is struck in the movie is made into parts, but how do you fix the bell parts to the mast (lol)? Fix the mast to the fixing tool and grasp the bell with tweezers with your right hand. The installation was acrobatic, using the left hand to spray hardening instant adhesive.
帯のシールは触っているうちにずれてきたので、再度貼りなおします
The sticker on the obi came off while I was touching it, so I will reapply it.
