パーツ洗浄

レジンキットなのでパーツ表面に離型剤が残っています。まずパーツを洗浄します。

Since it is a resin kit, the mold release agent remains on the surface of the parts. First, clean the parts.

専用の離型剤除去剤を使う事もあります。例えばファインモールドのご機嫌クリーナーですね。

We may also use a special release agent remover. For example, it’s a finemold mood cleaner.

でも私はこれが多いです

But I mostly use this

私はここぞという時以外は油汚れ用マジックリンです。ただし、通常の油汚れ用マジックリンではなく、業務用の油汚れマジックリンをスプレーに詰め替えて使っています

I’m Magic Lin for oil stains except when I’m here. However, instead of the usual oil stain magic phosphorus, I refill the spray with oil stain magic phosphorus for business use.

業務用は表面活性剤の配合量が多いの特徴です。

Commercial use is characterized by a large amount of surfactant.

全体にスプレーしてからしばらく放置し、水で充分すすいでから乾燥させます。

After spraying the whole, leave it for a while, rinse it thoroughly with water, and then dry it.

喫水線部部の工作

まず喫水線についている不要部分をのこぎりでカットします

First, cut the unnecessary part attached to the waterline with a saw.

喫水板をプラ板で作る

このキットには喫水板部分がないので、プラ板で制作します。

This kit does not have a waterline plate, so I will make it with a plastic plate.

ケース固定用のネジをあらかじめ取り付けておきます

Install the screws for fixing the case in advance.
