主翼パーツ
モールドははっきり目のいつものエアフィックスのタイプです。スジボリが消えることを過度に心配しなくても良いのがうれしいですね
The mold is the usual Airfix type that is crisp. I’m happy that I don’t have to worry too much about my streaks disappearing.
胴体パーツ
このキットでは夜間戦闘機タイプと、魚雷装備タイプを選択できます。魚雷装備の場合、魚雷は半埋め込み式になります。魚雷装備時のウエポンベイドアは、一部専用、一部は画像中央右のパーツをカットして使用します。
In this kit, you can choose a night fighter type and a torpedo equipped type. For torpedo armament, the torpedoes are semi-recessed. Weapon bay doors when equipped with torpedoes are partly exclusive, and partly cut the parts on the center right of the image and use them.
エンジン
エンジン本体は1/72としては標準的な精密さですが、完成後はほとんど見えませんので、これで十分でしょう。
The engine body is standard precision for 1/72, but it’s almost invisible after completion, so this should be enough.
エンジンカウルの後方からエンジンを差し込むタイプではなく挟み込むタイプです。
It is a type that inserts the engine from the back of the engine cowl instead of inserting it.
細部パーツ
シートベルトはモールドされていませんし、デカールもありません。パイロットフィギュアを乗せないなら、簡易的にでもシートベルト再現した方が見映えがしそうです。
Seatbelts are not molded and have no decals. If you don’t put a pilot figure on it, it looks better to reproduce the seat belt even if it’s simple.
脚回りなど
まずまず精密です。1/72としてはちょっと太い気もしますが、これ以上細くなると強度的にも不安ですから、良いバランスだと思います。
A precise expression. I think it’s a bit thick for 1/72 scale, but I’m worried about the strength if it’s thinner, so I think it’s a good balance.
脚庫カバーは、プラの弾性を利用して押し込むタイプで、強度も十分にあると思います。
The footrest cover is a push-in type that utilizes the elasticity of the plastic, and I think it has sufficient strength.
クリアーパーツ
透明度も高くて素晴らしいパーツです
It is a wonderful part with high transparency.
ただ、このマスキングは大変そうです。私はエデュアルドのマスキングシートを使用することにしました。
However, this masking seems to be difficult. I chose to use Eduard’s masking sheet.
