キネティックのキットを使用します

モデルアートのコンバージョンキットはハセガワのキットが推奨されていますが、より新しいキネティックのキットを使用して改造します。

The Hasegawa kit is recommended for the model art conversion kit in the manual, but it will be modified with a newer kinetic kit.

キネティックのキット紹介

キネティックの1/48 F-104シリーズは最初に2019年夏にF-104Jが発売され、2019年後半にF-104Gが発売されました。その後もC型やS型、DJ型など多くのバリエーションが発売されています。

このキット、開けてまず気が付くのがモールドの繊細さです

Kinetic’s 1/48 F-104 series was launched in the summer of 2019 with the F-104J and in the second half of 2019 with the F-104G. Since then, many variations such as C type, S type, and DJ type have been released.

The first thing you notice when you open this kit is the delicacy of the mold.

キネティックゴールドとされているだけあって、2015年頃のキネティックのキットとは比べ物にならなシャープさと繊細さです。

As it is said to be kinetic gold, it has a sharpness and delicacy that is unmatched by the kinetic kit around 2015.

エアフィックスのような太目深めモールドも良いですが、こういう繊細なモールドも良いですね。それでも2000年位のハセガワのように浅すぎる事はないので、彫りなおさなくても十分塗装に耐えられると思います。

Thick and deep molds such as Airfix are good, but such delicate molds are also good. Even so, it is not too shallow like Hasegawa in 2000, so I think it can withstand painting without re-carving.

足回りやタイヤも精密感あるパーツです。今回はNF-104Aの飛行状態に改造するので、足回りは使いませんが、普通のF-104も作りたくなりますね。

The suspension and tires are also precision parts. This time I will remodel it to the flight state of NF-104A, so I will not use the suspension, but I want to make a normal F-104 as well.

これも使わないミサイルですが、ほぼ最高レベルの出来ではないでしょうか？

モデルアートのコンバージョンの中身です。制作は安芸製作所で、申し分ない精度のレジンパーツです。

飛行状態に改造

飛行状態に改造するので、与圧服で着座姿勢のパイロットフィギュアがないか検討しました。特にバイザーを下げている与圧服のパイロットフィギュアは数が少ないので、CMKのパイロットフィギュアを2体利用する事にしました。

Since it will be remodeled into a flight state, I examined whether there is a pilot figure in a sitting posture with a pressure suit. In particular, the number of pilot figures in pressure suits with the visor lowered is small, so I decided to use two CMK pilot figures.
