海上自衛隊の補給艦「ましゅう」が完成しました。2017年のアオシマの新キットです。
The Maritime Self-Defense Force supply ship “Mashu” has been completed. It is a new kit of Aoshima in 2017.
実艦解説
基準排水量1万3500トン、満載排水量は2万トンとかなりの大型艦で、2015年にヘリコプター搭載護衛艦「いずも」が就役するまでは海上自衛隊最大の艦艇でした。充実した補給能力を持つだけでなく医療設備も充実しており災害派遣や病院船としても活動できる能力を持っています。
It is a fairly large ship with a standard displacement of 13,500 tons and a full displacement of 20,000 tons, and was the largest ship of the Maritime Self-Defense Force until the helicopter-equipped escort ship “Izumo” was commissioned in 2015. Not only does she have a full supply capacity, but she also has a full range of medical facilities and is capable of acting as a disaster relief dispatch or hospital ship.

更に、ひゅうが用のスキージャンプと、はっちゃけてるキットですが、本体のみで完成させました。

ディテールアップパーツ
ディテールアップは汎用の手すりやラッタルのエッチングを使用している他に、補給用のホースを0.45㎜の銅線で作りました。真鍮線よりも曲げやすいので、この手の工作には銅線でもよろしいかと思います。
I used a general-purpose handrail and rattal etching. The replenishment hose was made of 0.45 mm copper wire. It’s easier to bend than brass wire, so I think copper wire may be used for this kind of work.
2017年後半にアオシマから補給艦 ましゅう型専用エッチングセットが発売になり、このエッチングセットはホースがパーツ化されていたのですが2021年現在入手が難しくなっています。2021年現在入手可能な「ましゅう」用のディテールアップパーツとしてはテトラモデルワークスが標準でしょう
In the latter half of 2017, Aoshima released an etching set exclusively for the supply ship Masyu type, and although the hose was made into parts for this etching set, it is difficult to obtain it as of 2021. Tetra Model Works will be the standard detail-up parts for “Mashu” available as of 2021.

塗装はクレオスの海上自衛隊護衛艦カラーセットを使用しています。
The painting uses the Creos Maritime Self-Defense Force escort ship color set.
