ハセガワ＋アイレイキャット　1/32　日本陸軍三式戦闘機「飛燕」Ⅱ型改　HASEGAWA Kawasaki Ki-61 Tony

アイレイキャットのレジンキットを使用して1/32　日本陸軍三式戦闘機「飛燕」Ⅱ型改を完成させました。

実機解説

陸軍の三式戦闘機「飛燕」Ⅰ型に対しエンジンを改良型を載せた機体がⅡ型で、このⅡ型をⅠ型丁の主翼と同じものにしたものがⅡ型改となります。川崎重工が復元した「飛燕」は正にこのⅡ型改です。

The type II is a type II fighter with an improved engine compared to the type 3 fighter “Hien” type I of the Army, and the type II is a modified version of this type II with the same main wings as the type I. The “Hien” restored by Kawasaki Heavy Industries is exactly this type II modification.

キット解説

　飛燕の二型改は実はキットにはあまり恵まれた方でもありません。アオシマの1/72がもっとも新しくまずまずの出来です。RSモデルから1/48も発売されていたのですが、現在では入手性は良くありません。

Hien Type 2 Kai is actually not very blessed with the kit. 1/72 of Aoshima is the newest and most decent. 1/48 was also released from the RS model, but it is not available now.

32では当然の事ながらプラモデルは存在しないので、アイレイキャットのコンバージョンキットを使用しています。

As a matter of course, there is no plastic model in 32, so I am using the conversion kit of Eye Ray Cat.

一昔前のレジンパーツとしては標準的な出来だと思いますし、レジンパーツは明らかにハセガワのパーツを芯にしているので、ハセガワのキットとの組み合わせは「悪くは無い」とは思いますが、それでも気泡もかなり強烈な部類ですし、変形・パーツ欠けなどなかなかの難物でした。

I think that it is a standard result as a resin part of a long time ago, and since the resin part is clearly based on the Hasegawa part, I think that the combination with the Hasegawa kit is “not bad”, but Even so, bubbles are also a fairly strong category, and there were deformations and missing parts.

製作・塗装

また、今回は全面にリベットを打っています。もちろん復元機でも分かるように、リベットのタイプとしてはただの穴ではないのですが、1/32でもこれ位で演出的にはよろしいのでは？と思いました。

塗装はクレオスのスーパーメタリックからスーパーファインシルバー２です。

This time, I expressed rivets on the entire surface. Of course, as you can see from the restoration machine, it is not just a hole as a rivet type, but I thought that 1/32 would be good as a production.

The painting is from Creos Super Metallic to Super Fine Silver 2.
